RETURN

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as provided to you. All returned items must be returned with all documentation (including Lab-grown or natural diamonds certificate).
• Your item must be in the original packaging.

REFUND

• Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and then we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will notify you immediately if the item qualifies for the refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and you should receive the return in approximately 5 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
